LDDF Inc., Parent Company of Tescom and Applied Instruments, Announces Sale of Calibration Business Unit

LDDF Inc. is pleased to announce the sale of the Tescom Calibration business unit with operations in Austin and San Antonio, Texas to the Aldinger Company. As part of this sale, LDDF will no longer use the Tescom name in any other operations.

These operations will now be using a name that is very familiar to most of you, Applied Instruments. The core LDDF Inc. high-quality products and services that you have come to expect from our business will continue to be provided by the same proficient technical teams; we are just discontinuing the use of the Tescom name and are exiting the ISO 17025 accredited calibration business.

This decision is part of our ongoing effort to align our brand with our evolving vision and product development. Applied Instruments has a strong reputation with satellite and broadband customers, and we want to continue strengthening that reputation while working toward new growth, combined with our PCB assembly and high-end equipment service teams.

LDDF Inc. Address and Payment Updates

The LDDF Inc bill-to and remittance address is now 500 E Whitestone Blvd, Box #2680, Cedar Park, TX 78630. This is effective immediately. And, as always, ACH is the preferred method of payment.

Our PCB Assembly and Equipment Repair services and the LDDF Inc. corporate headquarters will remain in Texas at 3317 El Salido Pkwy, Cedar Park, TX 78613. 

Our new Applied Instruments and mechanical product repair address is 2431 Directors Row, Ste F, Indianapolis, IN 46241. This will be Effective December 1, 2023.
